The project involves the construction of a gathering centre (GC 28) in the oil field of West Kuwait. The capacity of GC-28 is 210,000 barrels per day (b/d) of crude oil, more than 19,000 b/d of condensate and 143 million cubic feet per day of natural gas, along with 50,000 b/d of water extracted from oil.
